The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has designated Alejandro Villegas, a 32-year-old from Fort Worth, as the Featured Fugitive for July 2026. This announcement comes with an increased reward of $6,000 for information leading to his arrest, applicable for tips received this month.

Villegas has been wanted since January 2026 for violating probation related to a previous charge of sexual assault of a child. His legal troubles began in 2022 when he was arrested by the Grand Prairie Police Department following an incident involving a 16-year-old girl.

Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds, Villegas is known to have connections in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas. The DPS encourages anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to report it through one of three methods: by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477), submitting a tip via the DPS website, or using the Facebook tip submission option.

Further details about Villegas or the circumstances surrounding his case have not been provided.
