Dallas-Fort Worth has already equaled the record number of industrial leases covering at least 1 million square feet that was set last year. The total was reached before the final quarter of the year began.
Dallas is about 33 miles southwest of Princeton. CoStar reported the milestone on Sept. 21, identifying the region’s progress but offering no further information about the transactions.
The report did not identify the properties connected to the leases. It also did not include additional details about the lease agreements. The milestone applies to the annual total for large industrial leases in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
