Six Texans miss Wednesday practice while three others are limited

The Texans had six players unavailable at Wednesday’s practice, including five who were sidelined by injuries. Tight end Dalton Schultz was held out for rest.

Wide receiver Nico Collins remained out with a hamstring injury after missing the Texans’ Week 2 loss to the Bengals. Offensive tackle Trent Brown was absent with knee and wrist issues, while defensive end Jadeveon Clowney was out because of a knee injury. Linebacker Jake Hummel and offensive guard Ed Ingram each had groin injuries.

Three defensive players were limited. Will Anderson Jr. was listed as resting, and Logan Hall and M.J. Stewart were limited by knee injuries.
