The Houston Texans have added 11 new players to their practice squad as of August 31, 2026. This strategic move comes just before the team's season opener against the Buffalo Bills, scheduled for September 13 at Reliant Stadium.

Among the newly signed players are Dominic Bailey, a rookie defensive tackle from Tennessee, and Lewis Bond, a rookie wide receiver from Boston College. Other players include Bryce Hall, a cornerback with six years of experience from Virginia, and Jamal Hill, a linebacker.

The roster also features Alijah Huzzie, Jawhar Jordan, Josh Kelly, James Neal III, George Odum, Daniel Sobkowicz, and Noah Whittington, showcasing a blend of fresh talent and experienced athletes.
