The Princeton City Council met for a Special Meeting on Monday, August 17, 2026, to address several items related to the City’s Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget, property tax rate, and an upcoming special election. The session included a work session prior to the regular meeting, during which Council members discussed the proposed property tax rate.
Following the work session, the Council held a public hearing regarding the City’s proposed 2026 property tax rate for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
