Blue Jays take the final

Clement followed with a sacrifice fly to left that scored Springer, extending Toronto’s lead to 3-0.
Astros get one back
Houston broke through in the bottom of the sixth. Peña singled to center, bringing in Diaz, with Peña moving to second and Smith to third. That cut Toronto’s lead to 3-1, but it was the Astros’ only run.
