Taco Bell has expanded its menu with a combination of new savory offerings and limited-time returns of popular items. The chain is introducing a Crispy Chicken Chipotle Bacon Melt Burrito, which combines chicken strips with chipotle-seasoned bacon, lettuce, cheese, and Avocado Ranch sauce. This new burrito is priced at $5.49.
Alongside the new burrito, the fast-food brand is bringing back three other Crispy Chicken options for a limited time. These include the Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Soft Taco for $2.99, the Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Burrito for $5.49, and a four-piece order of Crispy Chicken Strips for $6.99.
The restaurant is also rolling out Pepper Jack Steak Nacho Fries. This item features seasoned fries topped with marinated steak, three types of cheese, pico de gallo, and Pepper Jack Sauce. For beverages, a new Strawberry Dream Refresca is available exclusively at Live Más Cafe locations. The 20-ounce drink costs $4.19 and includes strawberry, lemonade, freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla creamer.
In a separate development, Taco Bell is testing a Creme Brulee Crunchwrap Slider in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This dessert item features a vanilla filling and cinnamon sugar crust inside a grilled flour tortilla shaped like the brand's signature Crunchwrap. The availability of this sweet item is currently limited to that specific testing location.
Additionally, the chain is testing a Cheesy Enchilada Dipping Taco. This item resembles the previous Shredded Beef Dipping Taco but uses a fried white corn tortilla covered in grilled cheese. It is available with either chicken or steak. Details regarding the nationwide rollout dates for these new items remain unclear.
